EU Regions
Our unelected EU commissars and their civil servant gnomes in Brussels and Strasbourg have split the United kingdom into 12 separate regions, with The Scilly Isles and Gibraltar tacked onto the South West Region. The EU have defined the South East Region of Britain to consist of the counties of Kent, East & West Sussex, Hampshire and Isle of Wight, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Oxfordshire. This is obviously an enormous area, as illustrated below.
We will endeavour to improve upon our maps of the regions.

Before you get lulled into a warm sense of security, please take a look at Arc Manche (button below).
This is yet another EU-inspired "area" now taking in most of Southern England and "twinning" us with Northern France. We in UKIP have nothing whatsoever against the French people, but we won't be governed by them, from Paris!
